NTCS0603XX683HHT Overview


NTC thermistors comes in the package?of a Tape & Reel (TR). In order to make things easier, it is included in the package 0603 (1608 Metric). To ensure that the NTC thermistors function properly, the resistance tolerance must be ±3%. It is recommended that NTC thermistors be set at -40°C~150°C to ensure reliable performance. Temperatures above 150°C allow NTC thermistors to operate reliably. n order to ensure reliability, NTC thermistors are rated for operation at a minimum temperature of -40°C. The NTC thermistors set the maximum power at 125mW. Thermistors manufactured by NTC are capable of dissipating a maximum of 125mW of power.
