Packaged with a Tape & Reel (TR) are NTC thermistors. The 0603 (1608 Metric) package contains it for your convenience. In order for NTC thermistors to operate, the resistance tolerance must be ±5%. Temperature setting NTC thermistors to -40°C~150°C is recommended to ensure reliable performance. NTC thermistors work reliably at 150°C as their maximum operating temperature. It is recommended that NTC thermistors operate at a minimum temperature of -40°C for relibility reasons. Power set by NTC thermistors is 125mW. Thermistors manufactured by NTC are capable of dissipating a maximum of 125mW of power.
