Usually, NTC thermistors are packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR). In order to make things easier, it is included in the package 0603 (1608 Metric). NTC thermistors require a resistance tolerance of ±3% for them to function. A temperature setting of -40°C~150°C is required to ensure reliable performance of NTC thermistors. NTC thermistors are designed to operate reliably at temperatures below 150°C. For reliability, NTC thermistors can operate at a minimum temperature of -40°C. The thermistors set their maximum power to 125mW. In general, NTC thermistors have a maximum power dissipation of 125mW.
