NTCS0603E3223JMT Overview
Thermistors from NTC come in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR) package. The package 0603 (1608 Metric) includes it for convenience. A NTC thermistor must have a resistance tolerance of ±5% in order to operate. The temperature setting of NTC thermistors should be set to -40°C~150°C for reliable performance. A total of 2 terminations are on these NTC thermistors. A NTC thermistor must have the 2 pins connected in order to function properly. Thermal NTC switches are capable of dissipating up to 125mW of power.
