NTCS0603E3222FMT Overview


Usually, NTC thermistors are packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR). For convenience, it is included in the 0603 (1608 Metric) package. A NTC thermistor must have a resistance tolerance of ±1% in order to operate. A temperature setting of -40°C~150°C is required to ensure reliable performance of NTC thermistors. It is noted that these NTC thermistors have a total of 2 terminations. To make the NTC thermistor operate properly, the 0 pins need to be connected together. Temperature sensors are capable of dissipating a maximum of 125mW of power.
