Typically, NTC thermistors are packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) package. 0603 (1608 Metric) includes it for your convenience. As a result, NTC thermistors need to have a resistance tolerance of ±1%. Setting the NTC thermistors' temperature to -40°C~150°C is the best way to ensure reliable performance. Temperatures of 150°C provide reliable operation of NTC thermistors. In order to ensure reliability, NTC thermistors should operate at -40°C as low as possible. It is imperative to connect the 2 pins of the NTC thermistors in order to make it work.
