In order to ensure reliable performance, NTC thermistors should be set to -55°C~150°C. NTC thermistors can operate reliably at 150°C due to their maximum operating temperature. n order to ensure reliability, NTC thermistors are rated for operation at a minimum temperature of -55°C. A NTC thermistors can set no more than 100mW power. Thermistors with NTC technology can dissipate up to 100mW of power.
