Ensure that the temperature of NTC thermistors is set to -55°C~150°C in order to ensure reliable performance. NTC thermistors can operate reliably at 150°C because of their maximum operating temperature. It is recommended that NTC thermistors operate at a minimum temperature of -55°C for relibility reasons. NTC thermistors set a maximum power of 100mW. Typical NTC thermistors operate with a maximum power dissipation of 100mW.
