In order to ensure reliable performance, NTC thermistors should be set to -55°C~150°C. NTC thermistors are designed to operate reliably at temperatures below 150°C. Temperatures of -55°C are recommended for NTC thermistors to ensure reliability. As a result, the NTC thermistors set their maximum power at 100mW. Thermistors with NTC technology can dissipate up to 100mW of power.
