NTC thermistors can operate reliably at 150°C because of their maximum operating temperature. A NTC thermistor can operate at a temperature of -55°C for reliability. As a result, the NTC thermistors set their maximum power at 100mW. Thermistors with NTC technology have a maximum power dissipation rate of 100mW.
