NTCLE100E3478JT2 Overview


The package for NTC thermistors is a Tape & Reel (TR). The Bead package includes it for convenience. A NTC thermistor must have a resistance tolerance of ±5% in order to operate. It is recommended that NTC thermistors be set at -40°C~125°C to ensure reliable performance. NTC thermistors can operate reliably at 125°C due to their maximum operating temperature. An NTC thermistor can operate reliably at temperatures as low as -40°C. The NTC thermistors will not function properly unless the 2 pins are connected. The NTC thermistors set the maximum power at 500mW.
