In the package of a Tape and Reel, NTC thermistors are contained. Radial includes it for your convenience. A maximum operating temperature of 125°C is required for the reliable operation of NTC thermistors. It is recommended that NTC thermistors be used at a temperature of -40°C in order to ensure reliability. A total of 2 terminations are present on these NTC thermistors. The NTC thermistors will not function properly unless the 2 pins are connected. In addition, the electronic component has the capability of absorbing power dissipation of 0.5W. If you want it to work reliably, the rated temperature should be 55°C.
