NTCLE100E3123JT1 Overview


NTC thermistors comes in the package of a Tape & Reel (TR). It is included in the Bead package for your convenience. The resistance tolerance for NTC thermistors is ±5% to make it work. For reliable performance, NTC thermistors should be set to -40°C~55°C. Temperatures of 125°C provide reliable operation of NTC thermistors. It is recommended that NTC thermistors operate at a minimum temperature of -40°C for relibility reasons. For the NTC thermistors to work properly, 2 pins must be connected in order to make it work. In a NTC thermistor, the maximum power is set to 500mW.
