It is recommended that NTC thermistors be set at -40°C~150°C to ensure reliable performance. Temperatures below 150°C can be reliably used with NTC thermometers. Thermistors featuring NTC technology can be operated at temperatures down to -40°C for reliability. In the NTC thermometers, 500mW is the maximum power setting. In general, NTC thermistors have a maximum power dissipation of 500mW.
