To ensure that the NTC thermistors function properly, the resistance tolerance must be ±5%. In order to ensure reliable performance, NTC thermistors should be set to -40°C~150°C. NTC thermistors can operate reliably at 150°C due to their maximum operating temperature. Optimal reliability requires a minimum temperature of -40°C for NTC thermistors. In a NTC thermistor, the maximum power is set to 500mW. Temperature sensors are capable of dissipating a maximum of 500mW of power.
