A NTC thermistor comes in a Bulk package. In order to make things easier, it is included in the package Bead. A NTC thermistor must have a resistance tolerance of ±5% in order to operate. NTC thermistors should be set to -40°C~150°C temperature in order to provide reliable performance. Providing NTC thermistors with a maximum operating temperature of 150°C facilitates reliable operation. In order to preserve reliability, NTC thermistors should not be operated at temperatures below -40°C. The thermistors set their maximum power to 500mW. In general, NTC thermistors dissipate 500mW of energy.
