NTCC300E4472JT Overview
An NTC thermistor is packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). As a convenience, the package Die includes it. To make NTC thermistors work, the resistance tolerance is ±5%. When using NTC thermistors, the temperature should be set to -55°C~175°C to ensure reliable operation. NTC thermistors are capable of reliable operation at a maximum operating temperature of 175°C. n order to ensure reliability, NTC thermistors are rated for operation at a minimum temperature of -55°C. A NTC thermistors can set no more than 50mW power. Typical NTC thermistors operate with a maximum power dissipation of 50mW.
