NTCC300E4123JT Overview


NTC thermistors comes in the package of a Tape & Reel (TR). I have included it in package Die for convenience. When using NTC thermistors, resistance tolerance is ±5%. Temperature -55°C~175°C should be set on NTC thermistors for reliable performance. Providing NTC thermistors with a maximum operating temperature of 175°C facilitates reliable operation. In order to keep their reliability up, NTC thermistors can operate at -55°C. Power settings for NTC thermistors are limited to 50mW. In general, NTC thermistors have a maximum power dissipation of 50mW.
