The temperature of NTC thermistors should be set to -55°C~175°C in order to ensure reliable performance. Temperatures below 175°C allow NTC thermistors to operate reliably. n order to ensure reliability, NTC thermistors are rated for operation at a minimum temperature of -55°C. A NTC thermistors can set no more than 50mW power. The NTC thermistor is capable of dissipating a maximum of 50mW to operate.
