NTCC200E4472FT Overview
A NTC thermistor comes in a Tape & Reel (TR) package. As a convenience, the package Die includes it. A NTC thermistor must have a resistance tolerance of ±1% in order to operate. It is recommended that NTC thermistors be set at -55°C~175°C to ensure reliable performance. NTC thermistors can operate reliably at 175°C due to their maximum operating temperature. For reliability, NTC thermistors may be operated at a temperature of -55°C. Power settings for NTC thermistors are limited to 50mW. Temperature sensors are capable of dissipating a maximum of 50mW of power.
