Typically, NTC thermistors are packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) package. In order to make it as convenient as possible, it has been included in the Die package. To ensure that the NTC thermistors function properly, the resistance tolerance must be ±5%. Temperature -55°C~175°C should be set on NTC thermistors for reliable performance. NTC thermistors operate reliably at a maximum operating temperature of 175°C. At -55°C, NTC thermistors are reliable. In a NTC thermistor, the maximum power is set to 50mW. Thermistors with NTC technology can dissipate up to 50mW of power.
