For reliability, NTC thermistors may be operated at a temperature of -40°C. The terminations on these NTC thermistors total 2 for a total of 2 terminations. NTC thermistors must have their 2 pins connected in order to function properly. In this case, the electronic component can absorb the dissipation of 0.5W. Ensure that its rated temperature is 55°C for reliable performance.
