NTC0805J680R Overview


It is common to find NTC thermistors packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). In order to make it more convenient, it has been included in the package 0805 (2012 Metric). To make NTC thermistors work the resistance tolerance must be ±5%. Ensure that the temperature of NTC thermistors is set to -55°C~125°C in order to ensure reliable performance. A NTC thermistor operating at 125°C can operate reliably. In order to maintain reliability, NTC thermistors can operate at a temperature below -55°C. The 2 pins of the NTC thermistor must be connected in order for it to function properly. As a result, the NTC thermistors set a maximum power of 125mW. Thermistors with NTC technology can dissipate up to 125mW of power.
