NTC0805J20K Overview
Tape & Reel (TR) is the package size of NTC thermistors. We have included it in the 0805 (2012 Metric) package for your convenience. In order for NTC thermistors to operate, the resistance tolerance must be ±5%. To ensure reliable performance, the temperature of NTC thermistors should be set to -55°C~125°C. These NTC thermocouples have 2 terminals. A NTC thermistor must have the 2 pins connected in order to function properly. There is a maximum power dissipation of 125mW during the operation of NTC thermistors.
