NPA-700B-10WD Overview
This transducer is included in the 14-SOIC Module, Top Port package for your convenience. It is recommended that the temperature of the transducers be set to -40°C~125°C in order to ensure reliable operation. With a supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V the transducers can operate effectively. It is possible to reach the maximum operating temperature of the transducers 125°C. It is not possible for the transducers to operate at temperatures lower than -40°C. A Tape & Reel (TR) package houses this electronic component. It is possible for the transducers to operate normally at nominal supply currents of 1.5mA. This device requires that the voltage released by the transducers is 5V in order to work. To keep the transducers operating continuously at rated ambient temperatures, the DC voltage should be 5V. The transducers can withstand a voltage of 5.5V. Transducers can be operated with a minimum supply voltage of 2.7V.
