NPA-600B-015A Overview


We have included this transducer in the 14-SOIC Module, Top Port package for your convenience. The temperature of the transducers should be set to -40°C~125°C to ensure reliable performance. A supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V is sufficient to operate the transducers. Temperatures of 125°C are the maximum operating temperatures of the transducers. Temperatures below -40°C are unacceptable for the transducers. There is an electronic component in the package of a Cut Tape (CT). The transducers can have a normal operation with nominal supply current of 1mA. Transducers should release a voltage of 5V in order for them to function. In order to keep the transducers at the temperature they are rated for, the DC voltage needs to be 5V. Transducers can withstand a voltage of 5.5V without deterioration. There is a minimum voltage requirement of 2.7V for the transducers to operate.
