NPA-600B-005D Overview
14-SOIC Module, Top Port includes this transducer for convenience. For reliable operation, the transducers should be set at -40°C~125°C. It has been found that the transducers are capable of operating at supply voltages of 4.75V~5.25V. Temperatures of up to 125°C are possible for transducers. It is not possible to operate the transducers below -40°C. In order for the transducers to function properly, the 14 pins must be connected. Cut Tape (CT) is the package number for this electronic component. Nominal supply current of 1mA can support normal operation of the transducers. Transducers must release 5V voltage to work. In order for the transducers to work continuously at the rated ambient temperature, DC voltage should be 5V. It is possible to apply the maximum voltage of 5.5V to the transducers without causing any damage to them. An operating voltage of 2.7V is the minimum supply voltage that can be applied to the transducers.
