NPA-500M-030G Overview


It is included with the 14-SOIC Module, Top Port package as a convenience. In order to ensure reliable operation, it is recommended that the transducers be set to -50°C~150°C. With a voltage supply of 5V, the transducers can function properly. It is possible to reach the maximum operating temperature of the transducers 125°C. It is not possible to operate the transducers below -40°C. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) package for this electronic component. To make the transducers work, the voltage released by them must be 5V. The transducers can be subjected to voltages up to 5.5V without damage. The transducers can operate at the minimum supply voltage of 2.7V.
