NPA-300B-10WG Overview


This transducer was included in the 14-SOIC Module, Top Port package for the convenience of the user. Ensure reliability by setting the transducers' temperature to -40°C~125°C. When the supply voltage is 3.135V~3.465V, the transducers will operate well. Temperatures of up to 125°C are possible for transducers. A transducer's operating temperature cannot be lower than -40°C. It comes in the package of a Tape & Reel (TR). Transducers working with 1.5mA supply current can function normally. In order for it to work, the voltage released by the transducers must be 3.3V. To keep the transducers operating continuously at rated ambient temperatures, the DC voltage should be 3.3V. The transducers can withstand a voltage of 5.5V. The transducers can operate at the minimum supply voltage of 2.7V.
