NPA-300B-05WG Overview
As a convenience, the transducer is included in the package 14-SOIC Module, Top Port. For reliable performance, the transducers should be set to -40°C~125°C. A supply voltage of 3.135V~3.465V is sufficient to operate the transducers. Temperatures up to 125°C can be reached by the transducers. It is impossible to operate the transducers below -40°C. A Tape & Reel (TR) package houses this electronic component. In the case of nominal supply current 1.5mA, the transducers can operate normally. It is recommended that the DC voltage be set to 3.465V so that the transducers can continuously operate at their rated ambient temperature.
