NPA-300B-030G Overview

We have included this transducer in the 14-SOIC Module, Top Port package for your convenience. As a precaution, the transducers should be set to -40°C~125°C to ensure reliable operation. It has been found that the transducers are capable of operating at supply voltages of 3.135V~3.465V. A transducer can operate at 125°C. Neither the transducers nor their operating temperature can be lower than -40°C. A connection of the 14 pins is required to make the transducers operate correctly. A Tape & Reel (TR) package contains this electronic component. Nominal supply current of 1mA can support normal operation of the transducers. To make the transducers work, the voltage released by them must be 3.3V. In order to keep the transducers at the temperature they are rated for, the DC voltage needs to be 3.3V. Transducers can be operated at a maximum voltage of 5.5V without deterioration. Transducers can be operated with a minimum supply voltage of 2.7V.
