NPA-300B-030A Overview
As a convenience, the transducer is included in package 14-SOIC Module, Top Port. For reliable performance, set the temperature of the transducers to -40°C~125°C. It is possible to use the transducers with a supply voltage of 3.135V~3.465V without any problems. It is possible to reach the maximum operating temperature of the transducers 125°C. Transducers cannot operate at a temperature below -40°C. A connection of the 14 pins is required to make the transducers operate correctly. An electronic component in this package has the package number Tape & Reel (TR). Normally, the transducers can operate at 1mA supply current. In order for the transducers to work, the voltage release should be 3.3V. DC voltage should be 3.3V so that the transducers can continuously operate at the rated ambient temperature. No damage can be caused to the transducers at a voltage of 5.5V. At a minimum supply voltage of 2.7V, the transducers can operate.
