NPA-300B-001D Overview
This transducer is included in the 14-SOIC Module, Top Port package for your convenience. As a precaution, the transducers should be set to -40°C~125°C to ensure reliable operation. Supply voltages of 3.135V~3.465V are suitable for the transducers. For the transducers to function correctly, the 14 pins must be connected. There is a Cut Tape (CT) package for this electronic component. In normal conditions, the transducers can operate with a nominal supply current of 1.5mA. In order for the transducers to function, the voltage they release must be 3.3V. To keep transducers operating at rated ambient temperatures, DC voltage should be 3.3V.
