NLVHC4066ADR2 Overview
Due to its 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packaging, the electronic part is convenient for international shipping. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. This analog switch is mounted in Surface Mount. 1:1 is the ratio between multiplexers and demultiplexers. Operation at a temperature around -55°C~125°C TA. SPST - NO switching circuits are used in these analog switch ics. There are 4 circuits in this multiplexer. Try searching for NLVHC4066A variants of the analog switch ic. Internally, this switch multiplexer has a resistance of 100Ohm. Datasheets for functions of 14 pins are available. In normalcircumstances, users should not exceed 12V volts for the multiplexer. Analogue multiplexers of the Dual, Single supply type that are cost-effective. It is recommended to use 2V as the lowest voltage for the electrical part. This multiplexer would work with 40μA current. Draining from a single voltage supply, this analog switch requires a voltage of 2V~12V. The electronic component can function from 9V. The series starts with Automotive, AEC-Q100.
