In order to maintain reliability, it should be operated at a temperature no higher than -55°C. Temperatures below 125°C allow stable operation. INVERTER is the value of the logic IC used in this circuit. By default, it is set to output 2. There is a voltage supply of 3.3V volts for powering it. A maximum of 5.5V V can be supplied to it. This IC dividers can operate with a voltage source of 1.65V as low as possible. The clock divider consumes 1μA quiescent current, and it is unaffected by external factors.
