NJU4066BM Overview
Shipping overseas is convenient with the electronic component packed in 14-SOIC (0.209, 5.30mm Width). High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging method Tube. This analog switch is mounted in Surface Mount. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a number of circuits 1:1. Temperatures around -40°C~85°C TA are extended for operation. Circuits based on SPST - NO switching are used to construct these analog switch ics. This multiplexer is composed of 4 circuits. Analogue multiplexers require a 3V~18V voltage to drain from a single voltage supply. There is a 14-DMP package available from suppliers.
