Usually, NTC thermistors are packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR). In order to make it more convenient, it has been included in the package 0805 (2012 Metric). A NTC thermistor must have a resistance tolerance of ±5% in order to operate. Temperature setting NTC thermistors to -40°C~125°C is recommended to ensure reliable performance. NTC thermistors can operate reliably at 125°C because of their maximum operating temperature. At -40°C, NTC thermistors are reliable.
