An NTC thermistor is packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). As a convenience, the package 0805 includes it. Temperatures above 125°C allow NTC thermistors to operate reliably. In order to ensure reliability, NTC thermistors can be operated at a minimum temperature of -40°C.
