The embedded microprocessor has been packed in BGA for convenient overseas shipping. uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type is MICROPROCESSOR. A total of 360 terminations have been recorded. Turn on the cpu microprocessor and let it run with a 1.35V voltage supply. Detailed functions for 360 pins can be found in the datasheets. Supply current is maximum at 1.705V. With a 32 external data bus width, this CPU has a wide data bus. Temperatures above 85°C are not suitable for operating the microprocessor. Embedded microprocessor bodies are injected with 360 pins. CPU frequency should reach 416MHz.
