A NTC thermistor operating at 150°C can operate reliably. It is recommended that NTC thermistors operate at a minimum temperature of -55°C for relibility reasons. It should be noted that these NTC thermistors have a total of 2 terminations. To make an NTC thermistor work properly, it needs to have the 2 pins connected.
