NCP21XW222J03RA Overview
Tape & Reel (TR) is the package size of NTC thermistors. In the 0805 (2012 Metric) package, it is included as a convenience. When using NTC thermistors, resistance tolerance is ±5%. Set NTC thermistors to -40°C~125°C for reliable performance. It should be noted that these NTC thermistors have a total of 2 terminations. It is imperative to connect the 2 pins of the NTC thermistors in order to make it work. NTC thermistors can operate at a maximum power dissipation of 200mW. It is possible for NTC thermistors to run at a constant current all the way down to 900μA without deteriorating the fuse element too much.
