NCP21XM221J03RA Overview
NTC thermistors comes in the package?of a Tape & Reel (TR). In the 0805 (2012 Metric) package, it is included as a convenience. Typical resistance tolerances for NTC thermistors are ±5%. Temperature setting NTC thermistors to -40°C~125°C is recommended to ensure reliable performance. Total number of terminations on these NTC thermometers is 2. In order to make the NTC thermistors function properly, the 2 pins must be connected. Thermistors with NTC technology can dissipate up to 200mW of power. It is possible to use NTC thermistors with a maximum current of 3mA without deteriorating the fuse element too much.
