NCP21WF104J03RA Overview


Thermistors from NTC come in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR) package. For convenience, it is included in the 0805 (2012 Metric) package. The resistance tolerance for NTC thermistors is ±5% to make it work. NTC thermistors should be set to -40°C~125°C temperature to ensure reliable performance. NTC thermistors have a total of 2 terminals. To make the NTC thermistor operate properly, the 0 pins need to be connected together. Thermal NTC switches are capable of dissipating up to 200mW of power. The NTC thermistors can handle 100μA current without too much damage.
