NCP18XW152J03RB Overview


Thermistors from NTC come in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR) package. In order to make it as convenient as possible, it is included in the package 0603 (1608 Metric). When using NTC thermistors, the resistance tolerance must be ±5%. Setting the NTC thermistors' temperature to -40°C~125°C is the best way to ensure reliable performance. A total of 2 terminations are on these NTC thermistors. The NTC thermistors will not function properly unless the 2 pins are connected. It is possible to absorb 0.1W power dissipation by the electronic component. Temperature sensors are capable of dissipating a maximum of 100mW of power. NTC thermistors can operate at 810μA without much degeneration of the fuse elements.
