NCP18XQ681J03RB Overview
Thermistors from NTC come in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR) package. As a convenience, the package 0603 (1608 Metric) includes it. For NTC thermistors to function, they must have a resistance tolerance of ±5%. Ensure reliable performance by setting NTC thermistors to -40°C~125°C. A total of 2 terminations are on these NTC thermistors. It is necessary to connect the 2 pins to the NTC thermistors for them to function properly. The electronic component can absorb power dissipation of 0.1W. In general, NTC thermistors can keep their maximum power dissipation at 100mW. If the thermistors are operated at 1.2mA, the fuse element will not deteriorate too much.
