NCP18XQ471E03RB Overview


Those are the thermistors that come in a Tape & Reel (TR). In order to make it as convenient as possible, it is included in the package 0603 (1608 Metric). Typical resistance tolerances for NTC thermistors are ±3%. NTC thermistors should be set to -40°C~125°C temperature to ensure reliable performance. Each of these NTC thermistors has a total of 2 terminations. In order to make the NTC thermistors function properly, the 2 pins must be connected. Unlike other electronic components, the electronic component can absorb power dissipation of 0.1W. NTC thermistors have a maximum power dissipation of 100mW. If the NTC thermistors are operated at the maximum current, the fuse element will not be adversely affected.
