NCP18XM221J03RB Overview
Usually, NTC thermistors are packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR). This is included in package 0603 (1608 Metric) for your convenience. When it comes to NTC thermistors, they have a resistance tolerance of ±5%. When using NTC thermistors, the temperature should be set to -40°C~125°C to ensure reliable operation. Having a total of 2 terminations, these NTC thermistors are comprised of a single NTC. In order to make the NTC thermistors function properly, the 2 pins must be connected. 0.1W of power can be absorbed by the electronic component. In general, NTC thermistors have a maximum power dissipation of 100mW. A maximum current of 2.1mA can be applied to NTC thermistors without deteriorating the fuse element excessively.
