NCP18XH103J0SRB Overview


Packaged with a Tape & Reel (TR) are NTC thermistors. As a convenience, it is included in the package 0603 (1608 Metric). In order for NTC thermistors to operate, the resistance tolerance must be ±5%. For reliable performance, NTC thermistors should be set to -40°C~125°C. These NTC thermistors have a total of 2 terminations. In order to make the NTC thermistors function properly, the 2 pins must be connected. There is the potential for the electronic component to absorb power dissipation of 0.1W. The maximum power dissipation for NTC thermistors is 100mW. NTC thermistors can operate at 310μA without much degeneration of the fuse elements.
