NCP18XF101J03RB Overview


NTC thermistors comes in the package of a Tape & Reel (TR). I have included it in package 0603 (1608 Metric) for convenience. A NTC thermistor's resistance tolerance is ±5% in order to work. In order to ensure reliable performance, NTC thermistors should be set to -40°C~125°C. There are 2 terminations on these NTC thermistors. In order to make the NTC thermistors function properly, the 2 pins must be connected. It is possible for the electronic component to absorb power dissipation of 0.1W. NTC thermistors can operate at a maximum power dissipation of 100mW. A NTC thermistor can have a maximum current of 3.1mA without too much damage to the fuse element.
