NCP18WF104J0SRB Overview


In the package of a Tape & Reel (TR), NTC thermistors are contained. In order to make it as convenient as possible, it is included in the package 0603 (1608 Metric). As a result, NTC thermistors need to have a resistance tolerance of ±5%. When using NTC thermistors, the temperature should be set to -40°C~125°C to ensure reliable operation. It should be noted that these NTC thermistors have a total of 2 terminations. NTC thermistors must have their 2 pins connected in order to function properly. In this case, the electronic component can absorb the dissipation of 0.1W. A NTC thermistor is capable of dissipating 100mW of power. If the maximum current of the NTC thermistors is 100μA, the fuse element will not be adversely affected.
